We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. You must review these Terms at https://www.ChiefPapa.com/terms-and-conditions/ on a regular basis to keep Yourself informed of any changes. All matters and disputes will be subjected to the final interpretation of KAL.

2. Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service.

We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Changes in Products and Pricing

We are constantly updating and revising our offerings of products and services, and we may discontinue products and services at any time without notice. All pricing for the products and services available on our site is subject to change. For all of our prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

Billing Address

Billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.

4. Returns and Cancellations

Returns & Subscription Cancellations

All products are non-returnable and are non-refundable under any circumstance (save except where the contrary is specified for the particular product).

Your Chief Papa membership will continue month-to-month unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must have Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment to use the Chief Papa service. We will bill the monthly (or annually if this is so chosen by you) membership fee to the payment method used when signing up unless updated or changed by subscriber. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month (or each year if this is so chosen by you) in order to avoid billing of the next month’s (or year's) membership fees to your Payment Method.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Karisma Advisory Limited cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Karisma Advisory Limited customer support team at support@ChiefPapa.com.

Access to all products and contents purchased under Subscriptions are subject to the active status of subscription. Once a subscription ceased to be active, all previous access under the Subscriptions would be terminated. A subscription is active if and only if subscription fee paid covers the point of time being examined. Falling behind on payment, failure to renew on time, or cancellation of subscription initiated by either the you or Karisma Advisory Limited, would render subscription inactive.

Fee Changes

Karisma Advisory Limited, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Karisma Advisory Limited will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Terms of Subscription Renewal

We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a monthly (or annually if this is so chosen by you) basis for your membership fee until you cancel. To cancel your subscription submit a ticket at support@ChiefPapa.com .

Monthly/Yearly Chiefpapa Subscriptions automatically renew each month (or each year for yearly subscription) at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies through email the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to Returns & Subscription Cancellations section above.

6. OFFLINE EVENTS/SEMINARS

Seminar special price and bonus (if any) are only redeemable on the condition that full payment (or installment, if applicable) is made within 24 hours after the payment (or installment, if applicable) concerned becomes due.

Bonus products and bonus courses must be redeemed within designated timeframe; where such timeframe is not expressly stated, it should be taken to be within 3 months or to be before the latest date displayed as available at the time of purchase, whichever is sooner.

Bonus products and bonus courses are not transferable, not convertible to cash or any other products and/or courses. In the event that the student failed to attend (for whatever reason) a bonus course, he or she will be treated as giving up the bonus course, and KAL is under no obligation to arrange any make-up of any kind in this regard.

"The student" must attend the class according to assigned time and date; otherwise, the course fee will be forfeited. KAL sometimes make special arrangement for individual students at its own absolute discretion, which shall not be seen as the general practice.

No photography, video-recording or sound-recording is allowed without expression permission. KAL may under its absolute discretion remove the violator(s) from the immediate course and/or all future courses.

For any courses involving investment related topics, the speaker’s opinion does not represent KAL’s opinion, nor is a solicitation for investment. The student agrees to always seek professional advice before making any investment decision. KAL is not responsible for any investment gains OR losses of the applicant.

Some courses will be conducted in form of interactive games. Participants shall take proper caution on the safety of themselves and others. People who have medical or health conditions unfit for the activity shall take extra care. The Institute is not responsible for any injuries.

KAL will inform the "student" with course detail via the email address and mobile number (provided) in the registration form. If student has updated the personal information, it is the student's sole responsibility to inform KAL in written format in order to receive latest communication.

In case where Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted or likely to be hoisted, as announced by the Hong Kong Observatory, all courses will be cancelled until further notice. If the above scenario happens while the course is in progress, course will be suspended immediately.

In case where Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted as announced by the Hong Kong Observatory, all courses will be cancelled until further notice. If the above scenario happens while the course is in progress, the course will continue.

You agree that KAL will take photos and videos for promotion use. The copyright of all materials taken thereof belong to KAL.

The student shall keep any information related to other students as confidential. KAL may under its absolute discretion remove the violator(s) from the immediate course and/or all future courses.

7. TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS, AND PICTURES/VIDEOS

KAL is pleased to hear from users and customers and welcomes your comments regarding our services and products. KAL may use testimonials and/or product reviews in whole or in part together with the name, city, and state of the person rendering/submitting it. Testimonials may be used for any form of activity relating to KAL’s services or products, in printed and online media, as KAL determines in its sole and exclusive discretion. Testimonials represent the unique experience of the participants and customers submitting the testimonial, and do not necessarily reflect the experience that you and your business may have using our services or products. Your personal and business’ results will vary depending upon a variety of factors unique to your, your business and market forces beyond KAL’s control. Note that testimonials, photographs, and other information that you provide to us will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary, and, by providing them, you grant KAL a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive and irrevocable license to use them.

Additionally, KAL reserves the right to correct grammatical and typing errors, to shorten testimonials prior to publication or use, and to review all testimonials prior to publication or use. KAL shall be under no obligation to use any, or any part of, any testimonial or product review submitted.

8. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY.

THE CHIEFPAPA.COM OR KARISMA ADVISORY LIMITED LIVE STREAM AND ALL CONTENT AND SOFTWARE ASSOCIATED THEREWITH, OR ANY OTHER FEATURES OR FUNCTIONALITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CHIEF PAPA OR KARISMA ADVISORY LIMITED LIVE STREAM, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CHIEFPAPA.COM OR KARISMA ADVISORY LIMITED DOES NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE CHIEFPAPA.COM OR KARISMA ADVISORY LIMITED LIVE STREAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

If, for any reason, the stream is not capable of running online as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Chiefpapa.com or Karisma Advisory Limited. which threatens or corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of a live stream offer, Chiefpapa.com and Karisma Advisory Limited. reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the offer and/or any subscription. ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS OFFER MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CHIEFPAPA.COM AND KARISMA ADVISORY LIMITED WILL DISQUALIFY YOUR ATTEMPTED REDEMPTION AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM YOU TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, Chiefpapa.com or Karisma Advisory Limited. , and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Chiefpapa.com or Karisma Advisory Limited. may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.

Access to Previous Purchases

As an accommodation to you, subsequent to acquiring Chiefpapa.com or Karisma Advisory Limited. training, you may download previously acquired training (unless unequivocally prohibited) onto any Associated Device. Some Chiefpapa.com or Karisma Advisory Limited. training or services that you previously acquired may not be available for subsequent download or access at any given time, and Chiefpapa.com or Karisma Advisory Limited. shall have no liability to you in such event. As you may not be able to subsequently download certain previously-acquired content or training, once you download an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.

Business owners of all levels are welcome here. We have community members of all skill and experience levels, from college students to entrepreneurs to multi-million dollar enterprises.

We want people to feel safe when using our groups and forums. For that reason, we’ve developed a set of community guidelines, outlined below. These policies will help you understand what type of sharing is allowed in our private groups and communities, and what type of content may be reported to us and removed. Because of the diversity of our global community, please keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not violate our community guidelines.

Keep it respectful
Comments that are inappropriately negative, rude, or attacking will be deleted, removed, or we will ask you to revise your thoughts. Everyone is here to learn and grow, so anything violating that will be removed.
No pitching to the group
We have a strict ‘no shopping for customers’ policy in our groups. This includes pointing people to blog posts with your offers/affiliate offers and publicly asking members to join your own Facebook groups or communities. Be cautious of unsolicited private messages to group members. If we get multiple complaints that you or someone else is using private messages to make unsolicited pitches to members, you may be asked to leave. You should view the group as your peers, not your leads.
No gated content
Content posted in the groups cannot be used to harvest leads in any way. If you need a feedback or a review, post the direct PDF, document, or screenshot. Don’t require people to opt-in to view.
Respect confidentiality
Content gathered in our online community groups cannot be collected, repackaged, and/or shared outside the group. Every member of our communities has a right to privacy and the right to feel safe that their questions, answers, and experiences remain privy to group members only.
Keep it on topic
We reserve the right to remove posts based on off-topic content or offensive content.
Partnering with other members

Report posts that are breaking group policies
Due to the large amount of people in our groups and communities, it’s sometimes difficult for us to catch everything. If you see a post that is questionable, please report it, tag our community manager in the comments, or reach out to our community manger directly via private message so our team can review them.
Breaking the rules
Three warnings for rule-breaking behavior will result in a 7-day removal from the group. After the 7 day period, you are welcome to rejoin the group on a 30-day probation. If you break the rules again during your probation, you will be permanently removed from the community or group.

Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Chiefpapa.com or Karisma Advisory Limited. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Chiefpapa.com or Karisma Advisory Limited Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Chiefpapa.com or Karisma Advisory Limited. brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.

12. Modification of Terms

These Terms be modified from time to time. You should therefore read these Terms and the order terms before you place any order.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute concerning or arising from these Terms of Use and the order terms.
